This is an exciting route to explore for investors! By becoming a JV investor this allows you to share the profit of a project. But, are you actually applicable to become a JV partner? We can only be JV partners if our investors comply with the PS.13 rule, where in short, is either a high net worth individual, (Earns £100k a year) or have assets worth more than £250k (not including your residential home). 

 

A JV partner typically funds the deal fully, and we manage the refurbishment or conversion from the beginning until the sale. The JV partner will have responsibility over financing a particular deal/project, and so has a huge play on the profitability of the project.
